Universal Studios Florida was the first theme park at what is now known as the Universal Orlando Resort and features many highly-rated movies and TV themed attractions including Transformers, Revenge of the Mummy, The Simpsons Ride and Men in Black Alien Attack.
The Hollywood, Rip, Ride, Rockit roller coaster dominates the entrance to the park, which hosts Universal Orlando's popular Halloween Horror Nights parties in October. If you are staying at one Universal Orlando's three on-site hotels, your room key allows you to skip most of the lines in the park. Just use the "Universal Express" entrances.
Buy your park tickets in advance, and check the park's daily operating hours on Universal's website. Both Universal Orlando theme parks are located just off Interstate 4 in Orlando, near the intersection with the Florida Turnpike.
Experience the two uniquely different lands of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter — one located in each of Universal Orlando’s two theme parks, included in each Park ticket or buy a 2 park ticket and use the Park-2-Park Hogwarts Express Train.
